The price shown at checkout is the total payable. There are no recurring charges and no subscription.
After payment you'll receive an email containing a unique link to the guide. Delivery is normally immediate. The link doesn't expire and requires no account or password.
If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then contact us. We'll resend it.
Digital content supplied immediately is treated differently from other online purchases. At checkout you'll be asked to confirm that you want access straight away and that you understand this means you lose the statutory 14-day cancellation right once delivery begins.
If you don't give that consent, we can't supply the guide immediately. If you do, the sale becomes final once your link has been issued.
This doesn't affect your legal rights if the guide is faulty, not as described, or not supplied.
You're buying a personal licence to read and use the guide. You may print it, save it and use it yourself.
You may not resell it, republish it, share your access link publicly, or distribute copies. Access links are individual, and we may deactivate a link that appears to be shared widely. If yours stops working and you haven't shared it, contact us and we'll issue a new one.
