Adult Supported Living

Our adults service works to provide a calming and therapeutic environment offering support and accommodation for vulnerable adults living with conditions such as mental health and learning difficulties.

We work closely with service users currently living within secured units who have been deemed ready to continue their recovery journey and transition into the community.

Our service is outcome based with an emphasis on Service Users eventually being able to secure their own tenancies with minimal support where possible.

What we do for the adults:

  • Supported Living for adults with learning Difficulties and Disabilities, Autism and enduring Mental health problems.
  • 24-hour staff presence
  • Nurturing environments accommodating a maximum of three service users to ensure highest level of support
  • Recovery and outcome-based support
  • One-to-One or Two-to-One support as appropriate
  • Therapeutic intervention by selected providers
  • Person Centred, empowering approach
  • Positive Behavioural support
  • Pathways to own tenancies where appropriate
  • Life skills training
  • Social and community integration
  • A service user mix that is sensitive to gender, age and risk profile
